What are the shipping stages?

Following authorization, preparation normally takes 1–2 business days. Dispatch starts a separate estimated transit period of 4–6 business days, with weekends and applicable holidays excluded. Checkout shows the relevant shipping charge, and the Shipping Policy explains parcel assistance.

What is the return process?

Contact us within 30 days after delivery for an eligible new-item return or exchange. Both defective and non-defective reasons are accepted; non-defective merchandise must remain unused and in original condition. Approval is required before mailing with the free prepaid label supplied in the original parcel, and there is no restocking fee.
