Permitted use

Use the storefront for lawful purposes. You must not disrupt its systems, circumvent safeguards, impersonate another person or commercially copy protected brand material, images or text without authorization. Each owner retains the relevant intellectual-property rights.

Product pages and purchases

Consider the listing details, images, price and active selection before ordering. Screen variations are possible but do not excuse a materially inaccurate description. Submitting checkout offers to buy; acceptance remains subject to payment authorization, stock and destination review. Checkout presents USD pricing, tax and delivery charges. The Shipping Policy separates preparation from carrier transit.

Returns and preserved rights

As explained in the Refund Policy, qualifying new defective and non-defective goods may be returned and exchanges requested within 30 days after delivery. The original parcel includes a free prepaid return label to use after approval, and no restocking fee is imposed. These terms do not exclude rights or responsibilities that applicable law makes mandatory. Updates govern later activity without cancelling earlier purchase rights.
