Order preparation

A successfully authorized purchase is usually picked and packed within 1–2 business days. That work happens before carrier transit. Please review every address field and the shipping option and price shown by checkout before confirming the purchase.

Time in transit

The expected carrier journey is 4–6 business days beginning at dispatch. Applicable holidays and weekends do not count toward that estimate. Tracking can need time to show its opening event, and an estimate is not a guaranteed delivery appointment.

When a shipment needs attention

Email henrikwoie193@gmail.com if tracking remains unchanged, the carrier records delivery but the parcel is absent, or shipping damage is apparent. Include the order number, checkout email and tracking code and preserve relevant packaging and images for review. This assistance does not limit mandatory consumer protections.
