Return and exchange eligibility

Qualifying new products are accepted for return for both defective and non-defective reasons, and exchanges are accepted. Submit the request within 30 days following delivery. An unused item in original condition may be returned after a preference change or option mistake; faults, damage, shortages, a wrong product or a material mismatch with the listing may likewise be raised.

Requesting approval

Write to henrikwoie193@gmail.com and include the order number, checkout email, reason and requested solution. Save the packaging and all parts and attach photos or video when reporting a problem. Wait for approval plus the accurate destination and mailing directions before returning anything. The General correspondence address is not automatically a returns facility.

Label, fee and refund timing

The package contains a free prepaid label for an eligible return by mail. Following approval, use that enclosed label; contact us if it is lost or was not present. We charge no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on assessment and available stock. An approved refund is processed or initiated to the original method within 10 days, although the financial institution may post it later. Statutory rights continue.
